[Returns] Who covers the return shipping cost?

For returns made within the 14-day withdrawal period, Hurom Europe provides a free return label. We will also refund the delivery costs paid at the time of purchase, except for any additional cost resulting from a delivery method other than our standard delivery option. However, returns made after the statutory withdrawal period, or without prior notification of withdrawal, will be refused. In such cases, any shipping costs incurred to send the item back to you will be your responsibility.
