JUICER-Juicing

Can I juice fruit without removing the seeds or pits?

Ingredients with hard pits or large seeds—such as mangoes, sweet persimmons, peaches, and cherries—must have their pits removed before juicing. Attempting to juice these with the pits intact can cause significant damage to the juicer’s components.

● Do I need to remove apple seeds, too?
Apple seeds contain a substance called amygdalin, which can release chemicals during digestion that may be harmful in large quantities. Therefore, we recommend removing the seeds before juicing whenever possible. While a small amount may not be an issue for healthy individuals, it is safer to remove them if you have a medical condition or specific dietary concerns. As individual health conditions vary, please consult a professional if you have further questions.
