JUICER-Usage

Juice is leaking between the chamber and the juicer body.

① Check the Gasket Assembly
Please check that the auger gasket or the chamber bowl gasket is installed correctly. If a seal is not installed or is assembled incorrectly, juice may leak onto the juicer body during operation.

② Inspect for Damage
Check that the gaskets are not torn, damaged, or deformed in any way. If any damage is found, please replace the part before using the juicer to ensure proper function and safety.

You can find video guides on how to assemble and disassemble gaskets for each model by searching for your product on the 'Care & Use' page. If you need to purchase replacement parts or if the leaking persists, please reach out to us via Contact us > General inquiries.

※ Please refer to the image below for the location of the chamber and auger gaskets. Note that the presence and shape of these gaskets may vary depending on your specific model. (e.g., H70ST Chamber Gasket, H400 Auger Gasket)
