① The Fine Strainer has a tighter mesh than the Coarse Strainer. Use it for hard or fibrous ingredients such as apples, carrots, cabbage, and celery, and it yields comparatively clearer juice than the Coarse Strainer.
② The Coarse Strainer (sometimes called a "Smoothie" Strainer) has larger openings in its steel mesh than the Fine Strainer. The Coarse Strainer is best for softer ingredients like tomatoes, oranges! It's also great if you just prefer more pulp in your juice!
③ The Ice Cream Strainer is used to make slushies or ice cream with frozen fruits such as frozen mango or frozen strawberries. When operating, the output is discharged through the pulp outlet.
