[Returns] What is your return policy?

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To request a return, please submit your request through Contact us > General inquiries before sending the item back. Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from www.hurom-europe.com. Once your request is received, we will provide a free return label. Returned products must include all accessories, and any gifts or promotional items must also be returned in full and unused condition. Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item, using the original payment method, although we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return. A deduction may be made if the product shows loss in value due to excessive handling, heavy use, or hygiene-related issues such as unremoved food residue. Returns made after the 14-day period, or without prior notice, may be refused.
