Ingredients may become lodged inside the chamber after juicing, or the chamber and hopper may have become "compressed," making them hard to separate. Please follow these steps:
- Run the juicer in "REV" (reverse) for about 5 seconds several times, pausing briefly between cycles.
- Then, run the juicer in the "ON" (forward) position briefly ONCE.
- The chamber set should now detach from the juicer body. Place the assembly on a flat surface and try again; separation should be much easier.
When processing large quantities continuously, it is very beneficial to rinse fibers and residual pulp out of the parts between batches to prevent performance issues and ensure easy disassembly.
